In mid-2005, Terzi released her first three track CD-single "Tetoia Gynaika. Her biggest hit is "Pou kai Pou" (Every now and then), off her debut album Gyrna to Kleidi.[citation needed] Throughout April 2008, Terzi prepared her second studio album, which was released on May 28, 2008 and titled Ase Me Na Taxidepso.

After taking a break from the Greek music scene and spending nearly two years in the United States, Terzi self-released her first English language song "Turn Me Up" as a music video through her personal YouTube account in late August 2010.
